School timetables, done in an afternoon.
Add your teachers, classes and lessons. Ratiba School Timetables builds a timetable with no clashes, and you adjust it by dragging lessons around. Then print one for every class, teacher and room.
No payment details to start. Pay by M-Pesa when you are ready.
From blank page to printed timetable in three steps
Tell it about your school
Set your days and periods, including tea and lunch breaks. Add teachers, classes, subjects and labs. Then say who teaches what, and how many lessons a week each class gets.
Generate
One click places every lesson without clashes. Teachers' days off, lab bookings, double lessons and daily limits are all respected. If something can't fit, it tells you exactly what.
Adjust and print
Drag lessons to new slots and see clashes as you go. Lock the ones you're happy with and regenerate the rest. Print for every class, every teacher and every room, plus a master timetable for the staffroom.
Built around how Kenyan schools actually run
- Double lessons
- Science practicals and Agriculture get two periods back to back, never split by tea or lunch.
- Labs and special rooms
- Assign a lab to a subject and no two classes are ever sent to it at the same time.
- Teacher availability
- Mark the days and periods a part-time teacher can't come in, and set a maximum number of lessons per day.
- Electives and combined classes
- Link lessons so Form 4 options run at the same time, or teach two streams together.
- Lock and regenerate
- Fix the lessons that must stay put, then let the rest rearrange around them.
- Primary and secondary
- Start from a ready-made 8-lesson secondary day or a primary day with 30-minute lessons, and change anything.

What happens when my subscription ends?
You can still sign in and view your timetables. Editing, generating and printing switch off until you renew. Nothing is deleted.
Can more than one person work on a timetable?
Yes. The owner can add up to nine colleagues, such as the deputy principal or the timetabling teacher, each with their own login.
Does it work on a phone?
You can view timetables and pay on a phone. Building and dragging lessons around is much easier on a laptop or tablet.
What if it can't fit every lesson?
It shows you which lessons are left over and why, for example a teacher with more lessons than available periods. Fix the setup or drop the leftover lessons in by hand.
